The location was acceptable because it was close to several shops.

The check-in experience was frustrating. The staff seemed untrained. They wanted a hefty credit card deposit for the mini bar. This. The deposit policy felt outdated and insulting.

wonderful stay in the city

The location was great. i could easily walk to many tourist spots including the louvre. the hotel's surroundings included nice shops. the metro station was close. It was convenient. the staff were helpful. They are as good as any i have encountered in hotels.

I found that the room i booked looked completely different from the photos online. i got an attic-style room, which reminded me of a horror movie setting, with a low ceiling. the window faced a narrow, enclosed space. It reminded me of a prison cell.

The hotel is near place vendôme. It is about 10-15 minutes to gallérie la fayette. the louvre is a 15-minute walk. the location is perfect, offering easy access to key attractions.

The employees are kind and friendly. the front desk is consistently staffed, and all staff members are helpful. despite my early arrival, i received my room quickly. They did not.

The check-in process was definitely not a highlight. The staff seemed a bit indifferent, it did feel unwelcoming. I found that odd, especially since first impressions count. The room itself was small, smaller than I expected for a "Superior Double".
